Spot Registration:
» Will be limited in nature. Only Cash/Credit card payment would be accepted (Cheques not acceptable).
» Conference kits are not guaranteed to spot registration.
Accompanying Person:
» The category of 'accompanying person' includes only spouse, children and other dependent family members. .
» Registration of accompanying person with the P.G. Student is not allowed.
» Children below 5 years are exempted from registration fees.
Senior Members:
» Senior IPS members above the age of 65 years are entitled for free registration..
» Last date of free registration for Senior IPS Member above the age of 65 years is 30th November, 2010.
PG Student:
» The category of 'PG student' is applicable to students pursuing Postgraduate courses (MD/DNB/DPM) in psychiatry only.
» To be eligible, a PG Student must send a letter of recommendation from her/his Head of Department.
Registration Entitlements:
» Delegates: Registration entitles delegates admission to the Inaugural and Valedictory functions, all scientific sessions, official ceremonies, lunches, dinners and refreshments; access to the hospitality and tradeexhibition areas; conference kit and souvenirs.
» Accompanying Persons: For accompanying persons registration entitles them admission to the Inaugural and Valedictory functions, the exclusive accompanying persons’ program, official lunches, dinners and refreshments; as well as access to the hospitality and the exhibition areas.
Cancellation Policy:
» The last date of cancellation is 30th Nov, 2010 and cancellation request must reach the Conference Secretariat by this date.
» No refund request will be entertained after 30th November, 2010.
Cancellation Charges:
» All Refunds will be made after the Conference is over.
» An amount of 50% of the Fee paid shall be deducted towards handling charges.
