In keeping with the theme of the conference “Providing Mental Health Care to All”, the various forums at the ANCIPS-2011 shall provide platforms for experts from diverse areas related to psychiatry and mental health to meet, interact, exchange and deliberate in a truly multi-disciplinary milieu. In addition to psychiatrists and other mental health professionals also attending would be representatives of government and international bodies; those from policy, legal and regulatory authorities; NGOS and self-help groups, prominent pharmaceutical and healthcare providers and members of the general public. The ANCIPS-2011 would therefore provide the impetus for evolving policies, strategies and operational plans that can make delivery of mental health care for all a reality.
