International Delegates

Payment may be made by Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa). Any changes to the booking details should be directed to the conference secretariat that will endeavor to accommodate the request.

Indian Delegates

Registration Details:

The national delegates are registered through the Indian Biophysical Society (IBS). To avail early registration fee, payment should be made on or before October 15, 2010. After October 15, 2010, higher registration fee will be charged, even if you have registered earlier but not paid the fee.

After submission of the abstract through online, please contact the Convener for the registration fee (payable by DD only in favour of "ABA-2011" payable at New Delhi), accommodation and other details (e-mail: aba72011@gmail.com).  The registration fee includes all delegate materials (name tag, satchel, abstract book), lunches, morning & afternoon teas on conference days and two dinners. Accommodation details will be intimated during the middle of January 2011. For participants registering later than October 15, 2011, accommodation can not be guaranteed.
 

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellation will incur a fee of USD 100, if received in writing, before Friday (December 15, 2010). No refund is payable afterward, but can be transferred to substitute delegates without penalty.

**   Waiver of registration fee for participants is not possible.
*** For students, letter from the supervisor is required along with the registration form.
