Delhi speaks a plethora of languages for people from all parts of India reside here. The place is like a namkeen (Indian salty snack) where you taste a little bit of everything. It is an articulate matrix of different people, different mind sets and their different way of expressions.

Hindi is spoken and understood by almost all the people in Delhi. Among the educated, English is also common. Information on Transport from Airport to Place of Accommodation/Venue

From IGI international airport (T3 terminal) or domestic terminal (T1D), we request the delegates to take Radio Taxis (Easy Cab. or MERU cab or MEGA Cab) or pre-paid Taxis to their place of accommodation. Since we have huge number of delegates arriving, it is not possible for us to arrange for airport pick up. Further, terminal T3 being huge, it is difficult for us to identify delegate/s as there are 8 exits. However, we are trying to have some volunteers at the airport to guide the delegates to the taxi stand. The place at which our volunetters will be stationed will be posted later.
