All registrations for IPRAS 2009 must be submitted online or by fax/mail, using the official registration form. All Payments to be made in Indian Rupees only. *Your membership status will be verified from the list provided by IPRAS. *Choose 'Others' in the Country drop down Menu if your country is not listed as an IPRAS Member.
Please use one registration form for each person registering.
Only fully completed registration forms will be accepted.

Gala Party
The Gala Party on 2nd December 2009, Wednesday, starting at 8:00 pm will be for registered participants and accompanying persons only. Tickets at Rs.3000/- per person will also be available at the registration counter. Party venue is being finalized.

Scholarships
A limited number of scholarships (reimbursement of Registration fee only) will be offered to students / trainees from low-income countries. Students / trainees who have their abstracts accepted for Oral Presentation only, should submit their applications preferably online,and send a scanned attachment, by e mail to desk@ipras2009.org, of the duly signed Recommendation letter of any member of the IPRAS Executive Committee by the last date. Applications can also be submitted by fax or mail, on the prescribed form along with a copy of the signed letter of recommendation of any member of the IPRAS Executive Committee . The abstracts need not be 'single author' but they must reflect the work of the Trainee. Last date for submission of application is 1st August 2009. If other things are equal previous publications in indexed journals will be scored to decide the deserving candidates. Selected candidates will be intimated by 1st September 2009. Reimbursement will be made in cash, in Indian Rupees, at the Registration desk. Their name badge will show 'IPRAS 2009 sponsored delegate'.

Media Registration
To register as a media representative, please send in an application on a plain paper along with a copies of required documents to the secretariat office. There is no fee for accredited media representatives.
To register as a media representative for the conference, proof of accreditation is required. It can either be in the form of a photocopy of official press credentials or a letter verifying your assignment to the conference on the stationary of the media organization for which you work. Freelance journalists wishing to cover the conference must submit copies of three by-lined articles in addition to an official letter of assignment. Newsletter writers and editors must submit three issues of their newsletter, containing at least one by-lined article written by the applicant. All credentials will be verified by the conference staff.

Letter of Invitation
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the conference, should contact the IPRAS 2009 Conference Secretariat. An invitation letter will be sent on request to registered delegates only. The letter of invitation does not financially obligate the conference organizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the conference are the sole responsibility of the participant.
Letter of Confirmation
For all delegates registering online an automatic registration confirmation will be generated and sent to the registering delegate's email Id. For delegates who register by post, the secretariate will send a letter of confirmation through email after the payment is realized. Participants must present this confirmation letter at the registration counter as proof of their registration.
Name Change
A handling fee of Rs 500/- will be charged for any name change to an already received conference registration. A newly completed registration form for the substitute participant has to be sent to the IPRAS 2009 Conference Secretariat. Name changes will be accepted by mail or fax until 1st November, 2009. After this date, all name changes must be carried out at the congress venue.
Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the IPRAS 2009 Conference Secretariat . A cancellation fee will be charged depending on the date of cancellation. Check cancellation policy under general information. Credit will not be given for unattended events or early termination of attendance. All refunds will only be made after the conference.
Same applies for cancellation of Master Class Sessions and Gala Party registrations.
On-Site Check-in Procedures
All participants are required to personally check in at the appropriate registration counter at the venue to receive their badge and conference bag, before attending any conference session or event.
