1.1 The 15th World Congress of the International Confederation for Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery Congress' website www.ipras2009.org ("Website") is an internet based, Congress owned website, and operated by The 15th World Congress of the International Confederation for Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery with its Secretariat office at B-18, Swasthya Vihar, Vikas Marg, New Delhi, India.

1.2 The Website shall provide you ("User") with all Congress related information such as pricing, availability and reservations for hotels, registration details, submission of abstracts, exhibitor registration etc.
