Registration
A confirmed registration is necessary for attending the conference. The abstracts, invitation & other formalities would be considered confirmed only after valid registration.

Registration Entitlements

Registration fees will include :
  • Entry to the venue, all the sessions (except paid educational courses), poster area, scientific exhibition area and industrial exhibition area.
  • Delegate kit & entire scientific material of the conference, all meals, tea & coffee breaks.
  • Invitation to the Gala dinner & Evening Inauguration ceremony and other social events.
The delegates are encouraged to register online from our website. However in case the delegates do not have internet access, they can download the registration form from the website. The form may be posted to the Conference Secretariat.

The registration form has to be accompanied by a DD/ Cheque/Pay Order of the Required Registration fee (see the table). Please ensure to add Rs. 100/- for Outstation cheques. Overseas delegates have the option for payment of registration fees by credit card/ wire transfer. Registration will be considered valid only after the registration has been paid

Residents/Students must send a certificate to state their status from their guide/Head of the Department.

** Registrations fees should be payable by demand Draft/Pay order/Banker's Cheque in favor of "AOPMC 2009" payable at Par, New Delhi and sent to the conference Secretariat.  Please add Rs. 150/ only for Outstation Cheques.

Cancellation And Refund Policy

 

Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent in writing to the AOPMC/APPA 2009 Conference Secretariat. The following cancellation and refund policies will apply:

 

  • Before 15 December 2008: Full refund of prepaid fees except for an administration charge of 10%
  • 15 December 2008– 15 January 2009: 50% of Registration Fee
  • After 15 January 2009: No refund

All refunds will be processed after the conference has concluded.
