» Poster size should be 3 ft. (width) x 4 ft. (height). 
   Poster of size in excess of these dimensions will not be permitted to be displayed.

» The poster should be displayed on the Poster Board No. allotted to you.

» Avoid using plain paper and also sticking multiple A4 size sheets for poster.

 
» Mention the name, address and email of the author at the bottom left of  
   the poster in capital letters.

» Poster should be mounted on the allotted number from 8.30 AM  
   on the day of presentation and must be removed by the end of the  
   session on the same day.

» The Organizers cannot be held responsible for poster not removed by  
   the above stated time.

» Presenting authors will be required to be present at a specified time  
   (to be intimated on the day of Poster Presentation) by the poster side  
   for discussion with judges for the best poster award.
