High Growth Partner Forum
"Maximizing Impact: Peer Learning for Common Gain"

Overview
Location: Hotel Ashok, New Delhi, India
Dates: October 16-18, 2006
Optional Events: October 15 = Pre-Forum Training Day
October 19, 2006 = Optional Site Visit to Cashpor in Varanasi
The first High Growth Partner Forum will bring together 60-75 participants from 16 Grameen Foundation (GF) partners (14 high growth partners plus two Mifos beta-testers with high growth).

The 2006 High Growth Partner Forum is expected to be the first of a series of annual events where GF convenes partners to discuss relevant challenges in a peer learning environment. These partners, from eight countries around the world, have all made a significant commitment to rapidly scaling up their operations. The unique challenges this presents, from an operational and financial perspective, will be the focus of the forum, where participants will share their own answers to these challenges. Innovations in human resources, product development, financing, MIS automation, and other areas will be highlighted. Unique outside resources will be brought in to discuss key focus areas of evaluating financing decisions, product development, and process engineering.

With the participation of managers from 14 institutions, the High Growth Partner Conference will be a gathering of energetic and innovative individuals. It is the hope of those of us at GFUSA, that by the end of the conference, the exchange of ideas amongst partners, along with the relationship between program officers and their respective partner institutions that participants leave energized and inspired.

REGISTRATION MUST BE RECEIVED BY AUGUST 31, 2006! FILL IN THE REGISTRATION FORM HERE.
