It gives us a great pleasure to inform you that the Dept of Neurosurgery, AIIMS will be organising a 2 day workshop with live surgery on SPASTICITY & PAIN on March 20^th - 21^st, 2014 at Trauma center, AIIMS.

We will have the pleasure of having Prof Takaomi Taira, MD, Ph.D., (Department of Neurosurgery, Tokyo Women's Medical University, Tokyo, Japan) as an eminent invited International faculty with us. He has immense experience in this field having operated over 10,000 cases and also serving as President of Japanese Functional and Stereotactic society.

The workshop intends to dissipate knowledge on various surgical techniques to treat spasticity and pain. It will include didactic lectures and live surgeries. We feel that such a focussed workshop with live surgeries will of significant utility for neurosurgeons both in practice and in an academic set up
