Terms and Conditions
  1. Room rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast & exclusive of hotel taxes.

  3. Rooms are subject to availability.
  4. Incase of any increase in tax amount by the Government, the revised tax amount will be applicable and will be payable by the Delegate / Guest.
  5. Rooms will be allotted on a first come first serve basis and are subject to availability at the time of booking with the Official Travel Agent.
  6. Hotel Check-in time / checkout time is 12 noon & room needs to be booked from the previous night if arriving late night / early morning. It is available on a first-come-first-served basis.
  7. All payment should reach the Official Travel Agent within five days of booking or else the same will be treated as a dummy booking and cancelled thereby.
  8. To book and confirm hotel accommodation, one night room tariff the first preference of hotel needs to be submitted.
  9. Incase hotel of your first preference is not available, room shall be confirmed from the next available preferred hotel and the difference if any shall need to be paid within four days of confirmation.
  10. Balance payments shall need to be paid 30 days prior to the Check-In date.
  11. Refund, if any, will be made after the completion of the Conference.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation is permitted upto 15th February, 2014 on written requests with deduction of 1 day room rent charges. No request thereafter will be entertained. Settlement regarding the refund will be done after the conference is over.
